Own Publications and Readers:

  1. Publication about the legal regulations in the Republic of Uzbekistan for Health Management: by Irina Dudukina. The book consist of 417 pages and was published as Band 22 of the “Osnabrücker Studien” with ISBN: 3-925716-72-6. 115 copies were given to the TPMI.
  2. Reforms in Health Care in Uzbekistan: Problems and Tasks by M. Karieva, N. Makhmudova und S. Karamatova. Die Publikation consist of 126 pages and was published as Band 23 in the „Osnabrücker Studien“ with ISBN: 3-925716-74-2. 115 copies were given to the TPMI.
  3. Macroeconomics - Cases - Compiled by  Professor Roland Scharff; Reader and practical working book for the Students in the Module Economics; 173 pages with  spiral binding without ISBN. 90 copies were given to the TPMI.
  4. Publication fort he topic Controlling and Financing by Professor Zapp, Dr. Tuichiev und Dr. Abdurakhimov – will be published in Russian language approximately in April 2006 within the „Osnabrücker Studien”;
  5. Publication for Medical Ethics by Professor Zalpour and Igor Vikhrov MD is foreseen for May / June 2006 also to be published in the “Osnabrücker Studien”
  6. The book for Quantitative Methods by Professor Seelbach is also foreseen for May / Jun2 2006.
  7. The Publication to the Topics General Management and Supply Chain Management by Professor Braun von Reinersdorf , Professor Mühlbauer, Professor Shomansurova  is also foreseen for May / June 2006

Due to the schedule in the project proposal a volume of 9 own publications was scheduled. 3 of those will be published in Russian language. The others will be published in English language. The books – except the readers – will be published with ISBN in the „Osnabrücker Studien“ The Editorial Board of the Osnabrücker Studien exists at present by the following members: Andrea Braun von Reinersdorff, Adolf Kruppa, Erhard Mielenhausen, Frank Neumann, Roland Scharff, Siegmar Streckel,  Rolf Wortmann und Christoff Zalpour.

Advertising, Monitoring Activities

In order to disseminate the results and the information about the Master course over the boarders of Uzbekistan, there have been launched articles and advertisements in Newspapers and Magazines, which are read in the whole Central Asian Region. The response was quite positive so far. From Uzbekistan and the neighbour countries there have been received several request from possible future students.

The main information will be placed via this Homepage of the course. This site will be continuously up-dated and modified in addition to a Information campaign which will be launched in newspapers again up to the end of the project to give information about this homepage.

The Activities taken place in the project were evaluated in October 2005 by an external expert. Also since 2005 the Uzbek project office is doing internal evaluation of the teachers and the modules. The whole project team is open for constructive critical evaluation - as well as for a positive, too. During the project, different monitoring activities have been realised so far for a better guarantee that the project is going toward the fixed targets and that corrections can be made in time.

Project termination and Dissemination of the Results

Within the strategy for dissemination of the results, the following actions have been realised so far:

Multi-Media-Dissemination: As Dissemination Base of the Project Results, the MAHMIT Web Site is used, which is currently available in 2 languages (Russian, English, German).  This Web-Site will be prepared in an final up-dated Version and given to the TPMI at the end of the project. Then the Web-Site can be placed on the own Server of the University and can be upgraded by local staff.

 

National Dissemination of MAHMIT.  In Uzbekistan have been undertaken a range of activities fort he dissemination of the Project, e.g.:

Internationally, the following points can be mentioned within the dissemination of MAHMIT:

By the establishing and deepening of personal contacts between teaching staff from Europe and Uzbekistan a sustainable positive development is expected to achieve fort he Master course. The preparation and introduction of Diploma Supplements and Double Diploma negotiations with partners in Europe are seen as a further milestone for the sustainability of the MAHMIT course after the official end of the Tempus Project. The Project Outcome and Results will be furthermore disseminated at the final Project Presentation in June 2006 in Tashkent by inviting the Press and other Mass Media to the event.
